Which residential services are available?
Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning are listed for launch. Each service has a detailed checklist, and optional add-ons can be discussed in an estimate.
Do you clean offices or business spaces?
Yes. Office and small business cleaning requests are welcomed by estimate. Included tasks, access arrangements and frequency are determined for the specific workspace.
What is not included in move-in or move-out cleaning?
Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning, most exterior window cleaning, pest control, biohazard removal, heavy mold remediation and hand washing dishes are not included. See the full checklist for details.
How do I request an estimate?

Appointment policies

Supplies and equipment
Clarity Crew Cleaning LLC provides all standard cleaning supplies and equipment needed to perform our services. If a client prefers specific products or requires special cleaning solutions, please notify us in advance. Clients may be asked to provide specialty products upon request.
Pets during appointments
For the safety of both pets and cleaning staff, clients are asked to secure pets when necessary during the cleaning appointment. If a pet may interfere with the cleaning process or create a safety concern, the client is responsible for ensuring the pet is safely contained or supervised.
Home access and presence
Clients are responsible for ensuring that our team has access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If our team is unable to enter the property upon arrival due to lack of access, a visit fee may be charged.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Services will be performed at the scheduled date and time agreed upon with the client. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Safety and item handling
If any accidental damage occurs during a cleaning appointment, the client will be notified as soon as possible. We are committed to handling such situations professionally and working with the client to reach a fair resolution.
